By accessing our website or using ezPool HTX services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
ezPool HTX provides residential pool maintenance, green pool cleanup, filter cleaning, pool startup/opening, and related services in Houston and surrounding areas. Services are provided on a recurring or one-time basis.
Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to the pool area on scheduled service days. If access is not available, we reserve the right to skip that visit and bill according to the agreed schedule. Please secure pets and remove obstacles before our arrival.
Payment is accepted by card only. Weekly maintenance is billed monthly in advance or arrears as agreed. One-time services are due upon completion unless otherwise arranged in writing. Late payments may result in service suspension.
Recurring service customers may cancel with 7 days written notice. No refunds for services already rendered. One-time services canceled with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee.
ezPool HTX is not liable for pre-existing equipment damage or conditions beyond our control. We will notify you of any equipment issues observed during service. Major repairs or equipment replacements require separate authorization.
Service may be delayed or rescheduled due to severe weather, unsafe conditions, or events beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any changes.
You agree to use our website lawfully and not to disrupt its operation. All content on this site is owned by ezPool HTX and may not be copied or reused without permission.
We may modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
